Job Description
My client is a well established, successful, insolvency company who are currently looking to employ an experienced customer service administrator to work in their post-appointment department.
As a post-appointment administrator, you will be able to demonstrate excellent call handling, customer service and administration skills with experience gained ideally in a similar environment.
Your knowledge should encompass Annual Reports, variations, completion or failure notices, salary reviews and I & E scheduling. You will be able to deal with all inbound or outbound telephone calls in a friendly and patient manner whilst prioritising your workload to ensure any administrative deadlines are met.
Our client is conveniently located in Wilmslow, Cheshire, in reach of many public transport links and close to the local Motorways.
They can offer a basic salary from £16000 up to a possible £22000 depending entirely upon your level of experience, with further opportunities to progress the salary, or the role, based on tenure and performance.
