This is an exceptional opportunity to join the market leader in UK equity release mortgage provision. Due to their continued growth and success, we are inviting Mortgage Advisers and/or Financial Advisers to operate within the Edinburgh region.
You will be CeMAP and FPC qualified with a proven track record of sales success gained within the financial services industry – previous experience of the lifetime mortgage market would be advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a patient and ethical demeanor in providing ‘best advice’ to our clients. Your customer focus and flexible approach to work will provide the platform for success.
All appointments are pre-set by our head office team together with a dedicated pre and post sale support (including administration, processing and compliance).
The successful candidate can expect to conduct 7-10 appointments per week in a three stage sales process with appointments defined by a regionalised post coded area up to 1 hours commute.
The basic package is £39,000 with an OTE of £65,000 and realistic uncapped earning potential into six figures. Benefits include D.I.S, BUPA, PHI, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday (rising with service), lap top, mobile, fuel card & petrol allowance.
