This Mortgage Adviser role offers the opportunity to join one of the world’s largest Financial Services Groups. They have over 400 mortgage advisers operating throughout England, Scotland & Wales via a branch network of over 550 high street locations. Due to their continued growth, we are seeking a Mortgage Advisor for their Bristol location.

Responsible for providing their customers with the best mortgage advice and recommendation from over 150 mortgage products, you will enjoy working under the umbrella of a leading UK brand that is synonymous with quality, trust and success, ensuring a continual flow of mortgage enquiries. With a dedicated administration and compliance team, state of the art-technology and bespoke products & services, you will receive all the tool’s & support to succeed within this award winning company.

Full and ongoing training is provided by our internal / external training team, delivering the latest in legislative & technological enhancements as well as tailoring bespoke training modules to develop our mortgage adviser team to realise their individual career ambitions.

In return, we desire conscientious, customer focussed mortgage advisers with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will have a track record of success in sales and be able to demonstrate your performance to target. Previous experience in a Mortgage Broking environment would be advantageous but not essential.

The basic salary is negotiable up to £25,000 + car / car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+). Benefits include PHI (life & critical illness), company pension, corporate BUPA scheme, mobile phone, lap top and regular incentives.
