Job Description
My client is a well established, successful, Top 10 insolvency and recovery business who are currently looking to employ an experienced customer service administrator to work in their supervisory department.
As a supervisory administrator, you will demonstrate excellent call handling, customer service and administration skills with experience gained in a similar role within an insolvency environment.
Your knowledge should encompass Annual Reports, variations, completion or failure notices, salary reviews and I & E scheduling. You will be able to deal with all inbound or outbound telephone calls in a friendly and patient manner whilst prioritising your workload to ensure any administrative deadlines are met.
Our client is conveniently located in Bury, Lancashire in reach of all public transport links and close to the Motorway.
They offer a basic salary up to £20,000 depending upon experience, with further opportunities to progress your salary and career based on performance.
