Job Description
My client is an established and successful personal insolvency company based in Stockport.
Due to continued growth in the industry, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced and talented IVA insolvency drafter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have worked in or will currently be working within personal insolvency at present and will have experience working with a high volume of insolvency cases.
Your experience will be of significant interest if it includes work drafting proposals for self employed people.
You will be highly articulate in all your work, from receipt of the case, through full assessment of all documentation required, to presentation to the Insolvency Practitioner. You will also be commercially aware to recommend any alternative products and services if an IVA is not the best course of action.
My client will offer the successful candidate an extremely competitive basic salary in the region of £19000 to start with fantastic on target earning potential of up to £30k
