IVA DRAFTER / BURY

Job Description

My client seeks experienced and talented IVA insolvency drafters to join their rapidly expanding drafting team. Ideal candidates will have worked in or be working within personal insolvency at present and will have experience of a high volume of insolvency cases.

You will be knowledgeable of the insolvency industry, and have a full understanding of all the work required to conduct the role of an IVA drafter to its full potential. You will be highly articulate in all your work, from receipt of the case, through full assessment of income and expenditure and documentation required, to presentation to the Insolvency Practitioner.

The ideal candidate will also be commercially aware to recommend alternative products and services where an IVA is not the best course of action.

My client is one of the market leaders in personal insolvency, established for over 15 years and providing a significant proportion of ALL personal IVA's in the UK. Located in smart business premises in Bury, Greater Manchester they offer a competitive basic salary in the region of £17000 to start with fantastic on target earning potential of up to £1000 per month - which is uncapped and regularly exceeded by the current drafting team.
