IVA and Debt Management Senior Sales Advisor / Wilmslow

Job Description

As a senior debt management and IVA sales executive you will have a proven ability to convert debt management sales leads into new business. You will be able to close these sales over the telephone and your sales account management experience will ensure that all sales are fulfilled beyond first and second payment. You will be selling a bespoke debt management programme to individuals that have been qualified for this service.

My client is an extremely successful organisation in this growth sector of financial services. They seek talented, hard working sales people to complement the existing sales force and help to continue driving the business forward. This is a well established business which is seeking to increase its sales team with highly experienced individuals.

You will know the debt management industry and you will have a proven sales track record in this highly competitive industry. Previous Debt Management Sales experience will be a requirement for successful candidates.

In return you will receive a basic salary starting from between £18,000 and £20,000 and a performance bonus scheme to earn over £40kOTE which is uncapped - with top advisors achieving significantly more
