Due to the continued development of their branch network, our client (www.kcmb.co.uk), one of the UK’s most forward thinking Financial Services providers, is recruiting FPC qualified Financial Planning Managers to operate within their whole of market, Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) proposition.

Their innovative, award winning products and initiatives and their balance sheet business model supports their continued growth in all vertical sectors and their unique, whole of market proposition allows their Advisers to provide solutions to meet all their clients’ needs.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in regulated sales and a compliant, quality focused approach to advising. You will demonstrate a communication & presentation style that instills the trust and confidence to build & develop long-term relationships with your clients. Your integrity and treat customers fairly approach matched with your drive and determination to succeed will ensure you realise your full potential.


Previous financial planning experience would be advantageous but not essential as full and ongoing training is provided with continued development opportunities for further study or career advancement.


In return you will receive a basic salary up to £35,000 with high OTE (top earner last year cleared £100,000) that is uncapped. Company pension, PHI, BUPA, 25 days holiday, profit share, flexi-benefits and discounted FS products and preferential finance options.
