Job Description
Our client is an established Insolvency business employing over 150 staff from their prestigious Bury location. Due to continued growth, two Customer Service Executives are required for their expanding customer service department
The role holder is responsible for providing a high level customer service experience to individual customers enrolled in a Debt Management Program. You will handle customer enquiries and resolve queries and questions providing solutions to any problems that may arise. In addition, you will liaise, develop and manage relations with your clients
